The Hands Behind Earthy Showers

Hi, I’m Tanvir, the founder and maker behind Earthy Showers. I’ve always loved creating things by hand—whether hair bows, chocolates, candles, or jewelry—but it was soapmaking that truly caught my imagination. As I began looking for more sustainable products for everyday living, that fascination gave me a way to bring my creativity and personal values together.

I started Earthy Showers in 2017, making artisanal cold-process soaps. What began as a hobby gradually became my full-time calling, with my family and friends encouraging me along the way. Since then, I have extended that same care to skin and haircare products, though soapmaking will always be my first love.

I formulate and make every product from scratch, staying personally involved in what goes into it and how it feels to use. This is what makes Earthy Showers so personal: the person imagining each creation is also the person bringing it to life. I want everything I make to be as useful as it is beautiful, and a true pleasure to include in your daily routine.

To achieve this, I choose high-quality, carefully researched ingredients, including steam-distilled essential oils, mineral-rich clays, unrefined butters, and botanicals, ensuring each ingredient has a specific purpose in the formulation. Ultimately, my aim is to create soaps and skin and haircare products that gently cleanse, moisturize, and nourish, helping you care for your skin and hair with a little more enjoyment every day.
